Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, model APIs, GPU infrastructure offerings, documentation, software interfaces, support channels, and other services provided by Freyr Technology AI ("Freyr Technology AI", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
Services
Freyr Technology AI provides access to AI infrastructure, model API services, GPU capacity, documentation, technical support, and related services. Some services may be subject to additional product terms, order forms, service descriptions, acceptable use rules, or other written agreements. If additional terms apply, they will control for the relevant service to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the services at any time. Features, capacity, models, pricing, and availability may vary by region, customer type, and applicable agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, software, documentation, interfaces, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other assets made available by Freyr Technology AI are owned by Freyr Technology AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by written agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the services.
You may use Freyr Technology AI documentation and interfaces only as reasonably necessary to access the services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable agreement.
User Conduct
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm Freyr Technology AI, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the services. You must not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, export control, sanctions rule, or third-party right;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, keys, credentials, models, or infrastructure;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, probe, or compromise the security or availability of the services;
- transmit malware, harmful code, abusive traffic, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the services to mislead others;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract content or service outputs except as expressly allowed by Freyr Technology AI in writing;
- use the services to develop or operate systems that create a material risk of serious physical, legal, financial, or safety harm without appropriate human review and safeguards.
Freyr Technology AI may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm the services or others.
Accounts and Paid Services
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, tokens, and access controls associated with your use of the services. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account or credentials unless caused by Freyr Technology AI's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If fees apply, you agree to pay all charges associated with your selected services, usage, subscriptions, capacity reservations, or order forms. Pricing, credits, taxes, billing cycles, and payment terms may be described in a separate order, invoice, console, or written agreement.
Third-Party Links
The services may include links to third-party websites, model providers, documentation, tools, integrations, or services. Freyr Technology AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, security, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third-party terms.
AI Content
You are responsible for the prompts, files, parameters, instructions, and other input you provide to the services ("Input"). Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, you own your Input and the output generated for you by the services ("Output") to the extent such rights can exist.
AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for evaluating Output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in a context that may affect rights, safety, finances, employment, healthcare, legal obligations, or other important interests.
You must not submit Input or use Output in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or any acceptable use rules provided by Freyr Technology AI.
Disclaimers and Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Freyr Technology AI does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every use case, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freyr Technology AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freyr Technology AI's total liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Freyr Technology AI for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, product interface, email, or another appropriate channel. Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore, unless a separate written agreement requires a different forum.
